Will I be charged automatically after the trial?
No. Payment currently goes entirely via bank transfer (manual); no automatic card charging when your trial ends.
Which package fits me?
If you have one vessel: Captain (€59) or Vessel Pro (€99, includes finance + crew). If you manage multiple vessels: Management (€149, 2 vessels included). Separate fixed packages for Agency, Charter, Broker and Supplier.
How many users are included per plan?
Varies by plan: Solo 1, Captain 2, Vessel Pro 3, Management 5 (2 vessels included). Agency 5, Charter / Broker / Supplier 3 users included. Extra users are +€29/month (€290/year) on all plans.
What is Pass and how does it work?
Pass = 30-day temporary vessel access (also for tracking vessels that do not use SkipperDesk). 10 Passes/month included only in Agency and Management; monthly renewal, no carry-over. If you run out, top up with Extra Pass Packs (10/€45, 25/€99, 50/€179, 100/€299).
How much do I save by paying yearly?
2 months free — you pay for 10 months instead of 12 (~17% off). Use the Monthly/Yearly toggle to compare.
What is the Refit add-on?
Refit / Project Management module: task list, budget & variance, RFQ, progress + photos, survey and approval flow. Added to vessel-based packages at +€69/vessel/month only during active projects.
Are job listings and CV features paid?
No. The Jobs module is free forever; profile/CV creation, posting and applying are open to all users.
Do suppliers pay?
The Supplier package starts at €49/mo (3 users included). Includes Supplier Network & Marketplace + back-office (catalog/stock/orders).
What happens to my team if I delete my account?
Members keep their own identity (SkipperDesk ID + CV + certificates); only the firm seat is freed. No second account is created.
How does the early-access price lock work?
We offer a lifetime price lock for the first 10–20 firms: we may raise prices later but you keep yours. White-glove setup + direct founder line included.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, an invoice is issued for all payments. Prices on this page include taxes.
Can I import my existing Excel/WhatsApp data?
Yes — in white-glove setup we migrate your existing data (fuel, expenses, cash, certificates). Standard templates are also in preparation.
