2. Service Features
SkipperDesk is a cloud-based maritime management platform for vessel owners, captains, crew, and agencies.
Services included in the subscription:
• Vessel management and tracking
• Crew and personnel management
• Financial management (cash, expenses, fuel tracking)
• Voyage planning and management
• Maintenance tracking and planning
• Reporting and analytics tools
• Document management
3. Service Fee
The following subscription plans are offered (all prices include tax):
• Vessel Plan: €100/month or €1,000/year
• Fleet Plan: €150/month or €1,500/year
• Fleet Plan Additional Vessel: €75/month or €750/year
Payment is made by credit card or debit card. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval unless cancelled.
4. Delivery Method
The service is made available electronically immediately after payment confirmation. There is no physical product or delivery. Full access to all features is provided when the subscription begins.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 50 of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that are immediately performed electronically.
The consumer acknowledges that by giving consent to begin service performance, they waive their right of withdrawal.
6. Cancellation and Refund
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Full access to all features continues until the end of the period.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused periods.
• A full refund evaluation will be conducted if the service is completely unusable due to a technical issue.
• No charges are incurred if cancelled within the 30-day free trial period.
7. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed over secure connections protected by SSL/TLS encryption. SkipperDesk does not store credit card information on its servers; payment transactions are conducted through PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.
8. Consumer Rights
Consumers may submit complaints and applications regarding the service through the following channels:

• Consumer Arbitration Boards
• Consumer Courts
Consumer Arbitration Boards have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above these limits.
